Lee Jun Ki Oppa's scandalous past?!? UNTRUE!!!!

We've been through this the whole time, fans alike, about idols, artists, actors and actresses with scandalous background revealed at the peak of their success. And Lee Jun Ki oppa is not even excused on this kind of issues, specially when he is getting known on the entertainment industries.

But don't fret fellow Jun Ki fans!, this issue was way older. Especially for those Filipino fans who are not yet enlightened with the truth. We just need to clarify things especially for those doesn't know the truth.

Guys, we all know that most of us rely on search engines such as Yahoo and Google i.e. to get information, whether it is about our projects at school, at work, or even info about people. But as we get these information, there are typical write-ups about people... we call it here in the Philippines as "tsismis" but more know internationally as scandals that can really ruin an icon's personality.

Nah, when you say "scandal," it doesn't necessarily mean that an icon had an affair with another or so. Having racists comments, drug use, cruelty, etc. can be also considered as scandals because these can ruin the reputation of a known person. Lee Jun Ki had this kind of issue before.

You see, if you type on a search engine, i.e. Google about Lee Jun Ki, you will definitely see that there is an article saying that he once said a hurtful, racist comments about us Filipinos. But this was all hoax. HOAX, NOT TRUE, IT WAS ALL LIES!!!!

It was a write-up made by a satirical blog page named "The Yangpa" years ago. They make fun of artists, idols, actors and actresses by writing information that readers might fall for it as true news.

I was very much aware of that article. I once researched about Lee Jun Ki and I came across on that blogpage where Lee Jun ki said that

"Philippines are S*&^"

Here is the complete story about it.

So for a fellow fan, especially if you are a Filipino Citizen who were fond of Lee Jun Ki, you would be hurt too if you automatically believed the story.

BUT!! rest assured guys. This was only a write-up made just to make fun of Lee Jun Ki.. It may sound like it was a fun thing, but for us people especially those who are a fan of Lee Jun Ki might not be a fun thing at all. The link about that write-up (The Yangpa) were already deleted because of numerous complaints from fans.

I am such a researcher back then I finally learned the truth and it was proven that Jun Ki oppa never said that.

PLEASE, FOR THOSE FANS WHO WERE NOT YET INFORMED, THE ARTICLE IS NOT TRUE. The Site where the article originated was a satirical page. The original content were already been deactivated (the blogger was using woWordPress log-site) so any article that copied and posted "The Yangpa's" article, do not believe it. Jun Ki oppa doesn't have a reason to do such cruelty to us Filipino Fans.

The article was released year 2006 and got numerous complaints on the year 2007. I recalled that The Yangpa owner already apologized for writing such a disgraceful article and later on, shut down the blog site.

So dear Fellow Jun Ki Fans, I hope I have enlightened you with this entry. Please don't be saddened because of an article that can jeopardize Oppa's career. You must research, know the truth before getting sad or angry at Lee Jun ki.

THE LOVE STORY OF PARK YOON KANG and JUNG SOO IN (The First Part)

The Love Story of Yoon Kang and Soo In (the first part)

Joseon Gunman has ended. Sad that we were no longer have to wait for the next episodes and it make take time for us to see again Jun Ki oppa on t.v. Somehow, we wish for him another project after resting from his previous work. Since Joseon Gunman started, the blog was silent for weeks. Because i was immersed on watching the drama of course! And to add that.. I was also making a looooong recap of Yoon Kang and Soo In's Love Story. Unlike most recap bloggers that I look up to, my target on my recap was to give emphasize on the two love birds relationship development. Llet us reminisce the story of our leads and feel shuddered by their love story.

The First Episode

their first meeting was actually not a romantic one. We call it "by accident" and in an odd way since our Leading lady was dressed-up as a man (a scholar in particular).

On her way to find a man named "Oh Kyung," Soo In bumped into Yoon Kang. Yoon Kang was considerate of course to ask if the person he bumped recently was ok (with a smile) but seing Soo In's facial expression, she doesn't seem happy about it and was in a little pain. Feeling annoyed, she went her way realizing that she dropped her gun. Yoon Kang already noticed the little thing but ignored it on the last minute when Soo In jumps for the gun, thinking that Yoon Kang might get it.

Yoon Kang was not the type of guy who let something that dangerous slide. As the news regarding with a gunman was already spreading, he did follow Soo In and accused her first of being the gunman and later, an accomplice of the gunman. The accusing and the behavior of Yoon Kang made Soo In very much annoyed and irritated. As they argue, Soo In's hand just slapped Yoon Kang's face and left the man in awe.

As danger faced Yoon Kang's family, His father decided to let them stay at the official interpreter's home, Lord Jung Hwe Ryung.

With pleasantries and stories of how Yoon Kang's father knew of the Official Interpreter, The daughter of the person they owe for a place to stay arrived and was introduced to them as Lady Soo In.

Noticeably, Yoon Kang took notice of the beauty in front of him when Soo In made an expression that made all of the people in the room questioned her behavior. Soo In immediately apologizes, telling all of them that she knew someone who looks like Yoon Kang and later was asked to show Yoon Kang and his sister around the house.

As directed by Soo In's parents, Yoon Kang was shown to where he would stay. The attitude showed by Soo In was not that welcoming since the man whom he bumped in earlier, and the one who accused her of being an accomplice of the gunman was none other than the man who's in front of her, Yoon Kang. Unfortunately, Yoon Kang doesn't have the slightest idea of Soo in's identity but made an expression that somehow, Soo In was a face familiar to him wondering if he already met the girl somewhere and asked the lady whom the person she mentioned a while ago that looks like him. To get to humiliate Yoon Kang indirectly, Soo In told him that she ran into an unreasonable person not too long ago and was a lowly and unruly man that she cannot bring herself to speak of. Adding to that, giving him the thought that she was very much irritated and makes her grind her teeth. Just to cut the conversation, she immediately said that the man she run into has nothing to do with the young master and leaves the man wondering and a little dissapointed.

Because of Soo In's behaviour infront of Yoon Kang's family, especially with Yoon Kang's father, her mother scolds her and asked her not to make them feel uncomfortable.
Again irritated by the thought of being scolded and was asked not to make the young master feel unwelcomed, unnoticed, Yoon Kang was nearby and overheard Soo In's mother scolding her. Soo In was doubfounded with the presence of Yoon Kang and immediately scoffed him of being in the lady's quarters.  Since Yoon Kang had an alibi that he was not familiar with the place, and was caught off with the devices he saw, he apoligized  for Soo In being scolded and yet Soo In was way angrier than before. (ah.. the more you hate, the more you love).

Cross-dressed as a scholar, Soo In succesfully met Scholar Oh Kyung and was asked to met him the following day to turn over the book she had that contains ideas of equality (Teacher Heyon Am's book).  The following day, Soo In prepares for her meeting when Yoon Kang arrives late at the estate (due to midnight drinking). As Soo In went out of the estate, Yoon Kang noticed her (as a scholar) and immediately went after her.
Since Yoon Kang earlier encountered the gunman, he definitely had an idea that Soo In dressed as a scholar is involve and knows who the gunman is. He persistently asked Soo In despite of her saying that it wasn't her or she doesn't know of the gunman, later made Yoon Kang brings out his sword and Soo In points a gun at him.

The Second Episode

Soo In shakingly points the gun at the stubborn Yoon Kang, stating that what he holds cannot be compared with the likes of a sword. Upon hearing that, Yoon Kang attacks and to defend herself, Soo in fires at him without looking. Upon seeing Yoon Kang's sword cut in half, Soo In still shaking and in tears, telling Yoon Kang that she almost killed him with a gun and yet she was still questioned if she was the gunman. Soo In was still crying while explaining that she was not the person Yoon Kang suspects. Yoon kang gives in and apologizes to Soo In but as she went, she told Yoon Kang not to fight the gunman if ever he run into him again and noting that he can't fight it with a sword.

After suspecting Soo In as the gunman, Yoon Kang had another thing in mind regarding with the identity of the scholar Soo In. Seeing "the scholar" outside of the estate where Soo In lives, and  giving him the hunch that "the scholar" might have to do with Soo In, he takes off and asked about the identity of that person. Alarmed with the news coming from her servant, Soo In prepared herself to deny her involvement with the "scholar's" identity. She was requested to meet Yoon Kang. Yoon kang immediately asks about the scholar he bumped and mentioned that Soo In looks like the scholar he was referring to. While Soo In denies all of his suspicions, he removes his  hat and forcefully put it on Soo In's head, revealing Soo In's secret. Irritated Soo In still trying to deny the fact but Yoon Kang, not giving up, tell's Soo In that he won't hesitate to report about a person wielding a gun to the authorities and leaves with a smile.

Soo In was nervous of her secret being exposed by Yoon Kang, even thought she did not admit her being the "scholar" so she tried hiding the evidence. Unfortunately Yoon Kang saw her and made fun of her by going his way to the police. Since Soo In was very much nervous of what might happen later on, she begs Yoon Kang not to go to the police. The young master was indeed the victor as he have Soo In's secret.

Later that night, Soo In requested for Yoon Kang's presence and upon his arrival, she properly welcomes him and tell him that he was handsome making the young master happy to hear it while Soo In shows negative expressions about it without him knowing. She then asked him not to tell anyone about her cross-dressing as a man and wielding a gun and since the young master have no ill intentions on doing that since he owes Soo In's family for letting them stay in their estate, thus making Soo In sigh in relief.

Giving her a condition, Yoon Kang ask her as to why she have to wear a man's clothes and carry a gun but as she start to tell him, the young master immediately stopped and told her that she can save the story for tomorrow and asks her to give him tea on the morning, leaving the lady dumbfounded with no other choice as to just do what he wants. Little did the lady knew that it was Yoon Kang's strategy to get to see her every day and as a part of getting close.

Soo In did come to Yoon Kang's room bringing him the tea he requested and yet requested for a different tea. Soo In supposed to retaliate but holds her temper. Soo In was in her way to deliver the new tea but saw Yoon Kang leaving, she asked where he was going noted that she had the tea he requested. Yoon Kang just ask her to bring it back because he have a matter to attend to. Again, she's about to get mad but immediately hold it in as she was afraid that Yoon Kang might get upset and tell everyone, including her family about her secret.

As Yoon Kang about to leave, he was given a note that was supposed to be for Soo In. The note came from Scholar Oh Kyung. Soo In took the note and read it, telling her that Oh Kyung will leave Joseon thru Mapo port and requesting the young lady to meet him and bring Teacher Hyeon Am's book. Upon learning about the secret meeting with Oh Kyung outside the city and the story behind Soo In cross-dressing as a man, Yoon Kang offered a lending hand to Soo In, suggesting that they'd go together.

With the help of a police friend, Yoon kang acquired a horse for transportation, the only problem is Soo In doesn't know how to ride one. With Yoon Kang's help, she was able to ride the horse but was uncomfortable being too near with Yoon Kang.

at the flower fields, they decided to rest for a while, and as Yoon Kang teases Soo In with regards to the book, and being a student chosen for the task but unable to ride a horse made Soo In irritated and decided to continue the journey by herself. She pushes herself to ride the horse succesfully but as she went on, startled with the horse sudden movement, she fell in Yoon Kang's arms.

They continue their journey to Mapo port. Soo In was able to meet up with Oh Kyung but after handing over the book, Oh Kyung was shot dead by a gunman, despise all of the efforts from the Head Guard of the palace (Yoon Kang's father) to protect Oh Kyung's life. Shocked, Yoon Kang went to grab Soo In out of danger, Soo In took the book and both run for their safety as the gunfire and shooting arrows continues.

The two did manage to get out of the fighting zone but noticed that the gunman was coming after them after seeing Soo In took the book. And again, they run for their lives.

The evening comes, the two survivors tried to find a place to hide and rest, successfuly they found an abandoned house in the middle of the forest. Soo In took out her compass to know their coordinates, leaving Yoon Kang in amazement with the little thing. They did manage to rest for a while but upon hearing foot steps, Soo In saw the gunman just outside the house where they take a hiding, waking Yoon Kang in his sleep for them to hide. They manage to hide below the house, with Soo In shaking and scared that the gunman might find out where they were hiding. Worried, Yoon Kang held her hand and assuring that nothing will happen.

After the gunman left, they decided to get our of the house and look for another place to hide. Soo In was emotional as she first seen a person suddenly died in front of her, with Yoon Kang trying to blame Soo In's professor, Techer Hyeon Am, Soo In stopped him. She was supposed to tell Yoon Kang what Teacher Hyeon Am is to her but unable to finish what she was saying and just cried.

As the morning comes, Soo In was the first one to woke up, she just noticed that they were sleeping too close, Yoon Kang suddenly woke up too, making Soo In pretend that she was still sleeping. Noticeably, Yoon Kang was also surprised that they were sleeping too close, and as he sees Soo In asleep (but yeah, she was faking it) he gently remove his arms used as a pillow by Soon In and woke her up in order for them to continue their journey to safety.

The found a stream for them to wash up and refresh. Yoon Kang was staring at Soo In and just bursted out words describing Soo In as a pretty lady. Soo In thought that Yoon Kang was just making fun of her but the man insisted what he said was true. Yoon Kang still insist that he was telling the truth but as he stands up, right across, he saw the gunman. They were supposed to get going but the gunman also noticed them and the run continued up until the two leads were trapped from a cliff.

As decided and for their safety, Yoon Kang gave up on the book and gave it to the gunman just to make sure that their lives were to be spared. And yet, the gunman didn't made a promise. He took the book and aimed his gun to the two.. Yoon Kang blocked Soo In to protect her and as the gunman tried to shoot, Yoon kang's father and his men came to their rescue.

The Third Episode

Good thing though, the gunman didn't try to shoot Yoon Kang and Soo In, he fled since his purpose of acquiring the book was already been done. Both of our leads were safe.

Little did they know, Yoon Kang's father already knew of Soo In's identity, he was amazed by her bravery but he wishes the lady not to be involve in a dangerous situation. After the conversation, Yoon Kang and Soo In came back to the estate while thinking ofa good alibi for Soo In since her family didn't came home at night.

Soo In's been thinking of what happened during their dangerous journey with Yoon Kang and it seems that she didn't expect Yoon Kangs caring side. in her deep thoughts, she was noticed by her maid, Jan Yi,  asking what she was thinking. she was then surprised with the question answering it was nothing and to avoid questioning she went outside to get some air.

Undeniably, our heroine had a change of heart with regards to Yoon Kang and we can say that she is falling for him slowly. Soo In walks out of her room and noticed Yoon Kang wandering near the place. She met Yoon Kang just to hear him saying if she was ok, with the book taken and all. Soo In did change her attitude towards Yoon Kang and invited him to take a look around on her quarters as Yoon Kang mentioned the last time that he saw a lot of strange things. Both of them had a quick tour. With them having a conversation about the globe and Galileo, comes then Jan Yi, estatic about a person who came back. Soo In recognized the man, surprised and called him "brother," Yoon Kang left wondering at the side

.

The man who came was Ho Kyung. He was a friend to Soo In's family as well as a student of the same Teacher, Teacher Hyeon Am. Soo In brings him to the mens quarters but Yoon kang already uses Ho Kyung's old room, suggesting that he use their teacher's room. Before entering the room, Ho Kyung hoping that both him and Yoon Kang will be friends, with yoon kang openly accepts the friendship. The problem is, when Ho Kyung entered the room with Soo In, he closed it leaving Yoon Kang irritated and thinking that he was uneducated, with thoughts that a man and a women should be separated (ahh Yoon Kang.. such jealousy).

In the morning, Yoon Kang woke up to wash up when he noticed Ho Kyung leaving. Before he left, Ho Kyung asked Yoon Kang to tell Soo In that he have a meeting to attend. While leaving, Soo In's maid runs shouting "Young Master," giving Yoon Kang the impression the she was looking for Ho Kyung, and yet he was corrected and that Soo In wishes to see him instead, making Yoon Kang smile and had an early good mood.

The reason? Soo In want's to repay the favor for helping her. She wants Yoon Kang to see a Fireworks display at the night of a lunar eclipse, but with the suggestion of bringing Yeon Ha. But because Yoon Kang wants to be alone with Soo In on that day, he make an excuse that his younger sister is not feeling well and that they cannot bring her to see the fireworks. But that excuse backfired at him. When they are about to leave, he saw his furious younger sister, perfectly fine and coming along to see the fireworks.

Yoon Kang was really showing interest on Soo In, they were walking on a steep way and he offers his hand to assist Soo In, but then Soo In made a wrong step falling "again" on Yoon Kang arms. Both of them were shocked making Soo In immediately composed herself and walk ahead of them, leavign Yoon Kang with a faint smile because of the sudden encounter.

At the Temple, the three girls prays as Yoon Kang stares at Soo In.

At a stream, Yoon Kang and Soo In were talking about how Seol looks like a size of a palm, with Soo In's broad knowledge about how big the world is through her globe, she mentioned that even Joseon is small. Yoon Kang then asked about what Soo In prayed for in the temple, and she answered that she wants to to go to the end of the sea, she dreamt of it when she learned about the world outside of Joseon when she first saw the globe through her teacher. Soo In also asked Yoon Kang what was his dream for the future. Yoon Kang answered that he never think of it and he was busy living in the present. Soo In suggested that he should think of it now, and as Yoon Kang thought of a dream he could share to Soo In, a thought made him smiled and stared at Soo In. The lady was curious on what he decide to dream of, Yoon Kang was ready to tell his dream when all of a sudden Yeon Ha called him and splashes water on him inviting him to play with them on the water, Yoon Kang joins in and in his cue, Yeon Ha and Yoon Kang splashes water on Soo In although the lady refuses to go to the water.

At night, Soo In prepared for the fireworks and when they light it up, it didn't go as expected. Soo In tried to know what happened but Yoon Kang say that they dont have much of the moon, giving her the impression that he is rushing her and making Yoon Kang help her see by lighting up a match. Yeon Ha looking at her brother and lady Soo In, she immediately decided to excuse herself pretending she caught a cold, faking a cough giving his brother a signal that she was really OK and that she can see the fireworks the next time.  Lady Soo In's maid Jan Yi offered to go with Yeon Ha leaving Yoon Kang and Soo In alone working on the fireworks. Yoon Kang noticed that maybe because of the night dew, the firepowder was moist, checking on it, Soo In confirmed it was moist. Yoon Kang then suggested to remove the moist part of the firepowder and try to light it up. Soo In did what the young master suggested and they successfully light the fireworks.

The fireworks still continued with the both of them smiling. Soo In looks at Yoon Kang happy with the fireworks, and as Soo In looks on the fireworks again, Yoon Kang looked away at the fireworks to stare at the smiling lady beside him. Yoon Kang then places a kiss on Soo In's cheek. The lady was surprised by it and then lightly touched the cheek that Yoon Kang kissed, they had look at each other but the moment were cut when Jan Yi returned with a worried face, letting them know that Yeon Ha disappeard.

The three went to look for Yeon Ha. Yoon Kang noticed Yeon Ha's necklace and he suggested that Lady Soo In to return while he continue to look for his sister. Soo In tried to ask for help from a friend and waited for them to return.

The Fourth Episode

Yeon Ha was rescued of course as her brother and his father teamed up. Unfortunately, their father was killed and later punish with high treason. Yoon Kang on the other hand was to be headed and Yeon Ha will be turned into a slave. When Soo In learned about this after Yeon Ha was taken, she immediately looked for Yoon Kang to save him. She did found Yoon Kang on the market but soldiers from the palace noticed Yoon Kang. both of them was chased but successfully manage to hide from the soldiers after leaving the city gate.

Ho Kyung adviced Soo In before looking for Yoon Kang that they have to meet up at Milson Port, they need Yoon Kang to take a boat and leave the capital for the meantime to save his life. Soo In told Yoon Kang the plan when they were hiding. Along their conversation, Yoon Kang manage to tell his first dream to Soo In. It was to be with her everyday, to talk to her every night but he's afraid it might remain as a dream because he has to live far from Soo In. Leaving that they continue to go to the port where he's supposed to ride a boat.

They made it at the port but Ho Kyung was not around, before leaving, Soo In brought out her compass and gave it to Yoon Kang while telling him to be careful and to make sure that he will stay alive and well so that it is possible for them to meet again, that they won't be separated and his dream will come true.

As Yoon Kang about to leave, Soo In runs to him and embrace him for the last time, as they both cried in tears, Yoon Kang kissed Soo In, then telling her to be well. When Yoon Kang already at the boat, Ho Kyung arrived in a horse and behind him were the soldiers who were trying to stop Yoon Kang with bows and arrows and with guns. On the other side, a hiding gunman was pointing a gun at Yoon Kang. Synchronizing with the soldier's gunshot, the gunman shot Yoon Kang's chest. Soo In in tears loudly cried as she watch Yoon Kang shot and fell of the boat.
