LEE JOON GI PHILIPPINES AT ASIAN DRAMA FANS 2ND GATHERING IN THE PHILIPPINES

GOOD DAY DEAR ANGELS, AND TO ALL ANGELS ACROSS THE SEA

It has been a very busy day! I am very excited to tell you all what my fellow Philippine Angels did at the Asian Drama Fans: 2nd Gathering in the Philippines last Saturday, September 23, 2017.

I've been very much ecstatic since I get the chance to support Oppa JG today at the event. Not because he's present, it is because the angels did their best to vote for the award categories that Joon Gi oppa is a part of. 

Added to the excitement is that for those who signed up/ registered early, got the chance to have a free VIU code (VIU is a mobile app) that gives you an exclusive privileges in watching your favorite Kdramas LEGALLY. Yes! Legally! More way to support Oppa's Criminal Minds series!!

Anyway, lets us proceed to the activities angels!!!

Like the last time, the angels were busy preparing for our booth. Unlike the preparation they made from KPOP Gayo 5, It is more intense because Asian Drama Fans will be awarding the Best Fanclub Booth!

Our booth had been busy the whole time, honestly speaking, since fans alike were too busy on looking at our merchandise (which is by the way, is for sale) as well as taking pictures with our Lee Joon Gi Standees. such love!!!

One that interest me at that time as why people flock on our booth was because we've put on a dedication book where every fan can write their good wishes and messages for Oppa JG.

When I came in, I was a little late. the program already started and I only got to see the singing contest (I do hope I get to join in as well, I wanted to sing too hahaha!)



I was happy to see my fellow Lee Joon Gi fans doing their thing. Pictures here, and there. Every chance they got, they'll pose in front of the camera. Less wacky / stolen shots though because I need them to be pretty =D

OR..... Maybe not. =D

Sorry Guys, I love you all, but it is more fun to get your pics even though you looked tired or funny. For me, it is more prettier to be natural.

I believe that Oppa will also say that. As long as we are happy and healthy. Remember on his interview? He doesn't mind having  wrinkles on his face.

 

 

Other booths that participated in the events were composed of not just Korean Actors/Actresses, but other asian countries as well. Taiwan, Thailand, Japan, China and so fort!

Of course! my favorite Korean Variety Show, Running Man! provided by Running Man United (which I am a member too!)

Reminiscing the days when the Running Man members had a game like this.. on a much bigger scale!

Aside from that, ASUS PHILIPPINES is also present on this event since they are also a sponsor, winners from the contests announced by the event organizers as well as major raffle got the chance to win a new Zenfone 4 Selphie courtesy of ASUS.

Well, back to the event. Another thing that made us happy was when Hergie King Choi sang an OST from Oppa JG's drama series Moon Lovers: Scarlet Hear Ryeo.

He sings beautifully, but was sadden because after his performance on stage, he decided to stop singing.. as a career. I do hope it will not end though. He really is good. Still the Angels wish him well and all out support on his next career which is acting.

You may be wondering what the following pictures is all about. Asian Drama Fans do have an awarding for the best of the best, and I am happy to mention that Oppa Junki was nominated for the Best Korean Actor, as well as his drama Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo as a nominee for the Best Korean Drama. the Contender for the Best Korean Actor was Nam Joo Hyuk, while the Contending drama was Weightlifting Kim Bok Joo.

This is going to be exciting.. as to why I mentioned the awarding on the latter part of this blog... was because.... WE WON!!!!

We actually won 3 awards on that day! wondering what was the third award? Have you seen our booth? It didn't occurred to all why the Angels spends time, money, and effort to put up a booth with young ones wearing costumes as Wang So and Hae So? It is not because we are selling merchandise, it is because we want to properly introduce to everyone what it means to be a Lee Joon Gi Fan and what Lee Joon Gi meant for us, what is like to be one of us and how we show love for him. Most of us didn't care of the money. Our ideas, passion and effort were very notable so that's why the event judges awarded us as the BEST FANCLUB BOOTH!!!.

We are really proud that we won this for Lee Joon Gi. We want everyone to know that together, the angels can unite and support him wholeheartedly!

I just wanted to share something.. We don't have a coverage photo of us receiving the awards... except for the one with the Best Drama... well... I was too excited and happy that I just jump out of nowhere... and then I flew right at the stage... to receive the last 2 award with the other angels. Sorry about that.

Well that's about it! as I have said on my instagram account, This year was indeed the best and blessed, and the most happiest and sweetest victory! We are all happy that representing Lee Joon Gi would worth so much, and the value of us angels working together for one purpose is so high.

Hoping that on our next projects, we can give you more stories, about Lee Joon Gi, and our love for him here in the Philippines.
